Ingredients:
Pork ribs, tomato, big onion, ketchup, chili sauce, seasoned flour.
Method:
1. Coat pork ribs with seasoned flour and then deep fry.
2. Heat wok with a little oil, fry the sliced big onion until fragrant, add in tomato wedges. (add in cucumber, pineapple & capsicum dices as well if you have them)
3. Add 3 table spoon of ketchup & 1 table spoon of chili sauce & a little bit of water, stir fry the mixture.
4. Add in the deep fried pork ribs, stir well & it’s ready to serve.
Alternatives:
Instead of pork ribs, I’ve also prepared similar dish with fish fillet (I used Dory fish fillet) and minced pork & chicken meat ball, which I find more suitable for children, Dillon just love it!
I guess many babies do like to sleep on their tummy as they feel more “secured” in this position. Both Dillon & Kaith prefer to sleep like this and true enough, they seem to sleep better & longer compare to other sleeping positions.

Dillon on the left; Kaith on the right
P/S: Dillon still like to sleep on his tummy until now.
Next Monday (3rd Sept) I’ll be returning to work, so fast the 60 days of maternity leave is finishing soon….. and Kaith is turning 2 months old too
Now that I have 2 kids, I can foresee that my life will be much more occupied & tiring when I return to work and I hope I am able to cope with it. No matter how, I will continue to breastfeed Kaith for at least another 6 months.
Hubby & I felt that we have spent less time with Dillon after Kaith was born and thus we have decided to bring him to Genting Highland for 2 days 1 night. We reached there around 2pm on Wednesday & we left on the next day around 12noon.

Left:Dillon & cousin Ying Ying; Right: Lunch @ Burger King

Play time!! Ferris Wheel & Carousel with mummy & cousins

Left: Hmmm.. Fingers-lickin’ good caramel popcorn; Right: Let me see what to have for dinner

Training starts from young! Vroom vroom…….
It’s a very tiring trip for hubby & I as Dillon was so active & mobile & we always have to either carry him or chase after him, but for sure that Dillon has had fun & enjoyed himself.

When I was doing some shopping at Mid Valley last week, I spotted this cute baby girl dress at Pigeon counter. To my surprise, the print of this dress is the same as one of my spaghetti top that I’ve bought half a year ago at Isetan!!

Therefore without thinking twice, I have bought the dress for Kaith. It is still too big for her now and I just can’t wait for the day when we can both wear these clothes together, wouldn’t that be fun? LOL
