

On last Sunday, after hubby has gone for his badminton session at 6pm, I brought Kaith for a walk nearby our house. Kaith seemed very excited sitting in the stroller.
After we walked for about 20 minutes, I sent her home & asked maid to bath her, then I took Dillon for a walk for another 20 minutes (Since I was not able to bring both of them for a walk together, so they have to take turns loh :p) and after that I was sweating & pretty exhausted already.
Well, I think this is a good way for me to exercise (yes I need to lose some weight) & to have bonding time with the kids at the same time.
P/S: I can feel muscle pain on my thigh this morning, ouch!!

1Haha have you thinking to buy twin seats stroller? Really troublesome to bring kids alone hor.

6kids just loves walk walk so much. same goes to shern, i usually push him about the neighbourhood in his tricycle.
but walkin can sweat meh? oh did you actually run with the stroller??
