As I was telling that Kaith is still not potty-trained yet 2 months back, earlier this month, Kaith has been totally diaper-free during day time.
It was quiet easy actually, it took just a few days to complete the process. The first 2 days, we take off her diaper during day time and every hour we’ll take the potty & get her to sit on it but she will not pee in there. So then we decided to take her to the toilet and guess what, it works! I think she just doesn’t like the potty and prefer to go to toilet like her gorgor Dillon……
But the funny thing now is that, she will pee in the toilet but when it comes to pass motion, she cannot tell and we are still trying to train her on this, guess she might just need some time.
I’m glad that she has achieved another milestone and it obviously save me on the diapers too, hehe.

6I have been trying for months to get Bryan to sit on a potty to do his big business but seems sooooo terrified of his own poo! He hates it when its poo-poo time! So he cries like hell! Ah, but 2 days in a row, yesterday & day before, he asked for the potty and sat there till he poo-poo! Amazing! I guess its all about timing & their readiness?
karenyiau: yes, it’s about the right timing but training, guidance and persistence from the parents or caretaker is essential in making this happen too. Some caretaker wanted an easy job & would just let the kid wear diaper to save their work.

11Hi! Karen, congratulations on the success! Mine were poo-poo toilet trained since birth, so never a problem. And day-time toilet training was quick at about 18 months, but night time is still a failure till now, over 3 years old. After trying few months, she keeps leaking, so I thought maybe she is not ready, wanted to give her diaper again – she refused!! Now I am stuck. LOL!
