We have not been to the park with kids for quite some time, so on last weekend, we decided to bring them to park in the morning. It was not too hot and we had a great time there.

My nephew loves to play video games and he has has been eyeing on the xbox 360 for a long time. Since I have got some commission from my part time business recently, I decided to buy it for him as his 12th birthday present this coming October. I will keep this as a secret now and I’m sure he will be so surprise and happy to see the present on his birthday.

Falls on between 23rd to 29th November, Black Friday is usually regarded as the beginning of a traditional holiday shopping season and that is definitely the perfect time to do some Christmas and New Year shopping. Although I don’t celebrate Christmas, but I always love to shop during the festive season and enjoy the atmosphere and decoration in the malls.

We are not too old to forget all these, it’s still in our mind, in our heart. It’s just that there are too many variables in life and seductions, lust and greed is everywhere so we just feel lost sometimes. Or maybe we are just too lazy and taking granted that we do not have do all these after married.

It is easy to tie the knot, it is also easy to get divorced, the toughest part is to maintain a contented and lasting marriage and it needs both husband and wife to put in the effort together.

I used to give Enfagrow A+  to Dillon but after a while he didn’t like it, so I have to switch to Dugro 1+ and then Kaith also followed the brother and  consume the same brand after she turned 1.

I have never been paying attention to Meadjohnson formula milk since then, until I was invited to the launch of the new Enfagrow A+ & Enfakid A+ at Boulevard Hotel, Mid Valley.

The launch was held by the poolside. Upon arrival, I was given a brief introduction on what are the important nutrients & vitamins for children growth and one of it is obviously DHA that plays significant role in brain development. The new Enfagrow A+ & Enfakid A+ now is not only formulated with more than 4 x DHA, but also enhanced with Triple Protection Guard.

Aside from the launch, we-the bloggers also had the chance to attend a sharing session with Ms. Jennifer Hor, the famous parenting educator who provide advices on positive parenting and family health. We shared our experiences in parenting from children’s diet and nutrients to disciplinary and what we concern on our children’s safety. Jennifer gave us many useful tips and advices, which makes this session a really valuable experience.

I love attending this kind of activities because I like to know about new products in the market and I love meeting new friends. Sharing and exchanging parenting thoughts and  ideas with these wonderful people help me to become a better parent.

With the medical expenses going sky high in our country, medical insurance has become almost like a must have for everybody. Although I’m insured under my company but I have also bought myself personal medical insurance. Many people will do that now and if you are not yet insured, you should start looking at something like Medicare supplement insurance, or talk to an agent to customize a plan that work best for you.

I had a cousin who is studying overseas but unfortunately he mixed with some friends who had badly influenced him and he started skipping classes. It became worst when he was addicted to drugs later on and his parents had to flew there and talk to him. Eventually they sent him for drug rehab treatment and thank god he was fine after that. He is now continuing his studies in Engineering and will graduate by next year.

Companies like rv towing offers 24 hours road assistance such as car breakdown and emergency towing and has been reliable for the past 25 years. In Malaysia, road accident rate are high and everyone should keep towing company’s number for in case of emergency.

Anggugu Forum (www.anggugu.com) is the first Chinese Language Breastfeeding & Parenting Forum in Malaysia. Established in July of year 2007, this website has been helping young mothers to solve their breastfeeding problems.

This year, for the first time, Anggugu is preparing a non-profit event in conjunction with the World Breastfeeding Week 2009 (WBW). The purpose of this event is to encourage mothers to breastfeed their baby – breastfeed as long as they could.

Date: 8th August 2009 (Saturday)
Time: 10.00am – 5.00pm
Venue: Jupiter Hall, Global Business Park, PJ.

There will be activities such as group breastfeeding for 1 minute, breastfeeding quizes, breastfeeding seminar, photo contest and etc.

The Breastfeeding for 1 minute event will starts at 11.00am and all participants will receive a certificate and small gift for joining this meaningful event.

The Breastfeeding Seminar will be conducted by Dr. Koe and will be held at 3.00pm.

Apart from the activities mentioned above, there will be also booths selling babies & kids stuff, moms’s essentials and many more, you may also want to take this opportunity to take a family studio photo for only RM10.00!!

This event is not only targeted for breastfeeding moms but also those who are expecting and wants to learn more about breastfeeding. Basically everyone who support breastfeeding should attend this meaningful event.

This post is really backdated. Kaith’s birthday was actually on the 3rd July and we celebrated with simple cake cutting session at home on the 28th June (Sunday).

Kaith wasn’t quiet ready to blow the candles yet, but no worries, as gorgor Dillon is so “helpful” and he was more than happy to blow the candles on behalf, even we didn’t ask him to. LOL

Kaith was a bit shy on that day, maybe she knew that she’s in the limelight. Finally when Dillon holds her hands to cut the cake, she was so happy and both of them were laughing happily, that’s so sweet…..

In emergency cases of fire where electricity is cut-off, it’s human nature that people will be panic and the first thing in mind is to get out of the place and go somewhere safe. But when in the dark and everywhere is full of smoke, it is very difficult to find the right way out. At times like this, exit signs would be really helpful as it would be visible and could guide people to the exit

On average, at any one time, I think each woman would have at least 4 – 5 pairs of shoes for different occasions. So what is your favourite shoes brand? I don’t have any particular preference on brands, most important is comfortable. I’ve been checking out Dansko womens shoes lately and I quiet like their designs, although it is not cheap, but I think the high quality and material is well worth it.

I was lucky that I didn’t have acne problem all this while, but I have seen my friend who have been bothered by acne problem since high school. She tried so many different products but it just won’t work, at times it got worse. She has lost confident in all these chemicals and would want to go for natural acne treatment and I really hope it works for her.
