I’m so sakit hati every time I see Kaith’s leg, as she has many marks on her leg. The marks were actually caused by mozzie bites, and after Kaith scratch on them, it leaves the ugly mark on her leg.

Some people told me that these marks will fade away as she grows up because children’s skin regenerate very fast. But I’m still concern over it, what if the marks stay on like that and won’t go away? It is sure not a pretty sight when she wears shorts or skirts.

Anybody know if there is any effective lotion/remedy out there to lighten these marks or better still, totally get rid of it?

Year end school holidays are commencing in less than 2 months time and I have to start planning for a family trip. I am not sure yet where I want to bring my kids to, maybe I want to bring them to island and beach vacations like Phuket or Krabi, or maybe I should also check out Gatlinburg vacations for mountain village holiday experience.

I had a puppy which has been with me for almost 10 years, and I used to go to Mid Valley pet shops to shop for her food and accessories. Recently I notice there are a few new shops selling pet supplies opened up around the area where I stay, and the price they offer are quite competitive too. So now it is more convenient for me to just shop for my pet food and accessories nearby anytime I want.

My friend has just opened a baby boutique in town, since it’s just starting, so she is trying to minimize the overhead as much as possible. Such as the cash register machine, she got a second hand unit from supplier which cost half the price of a new one. When the business is more stable and grow bigger later, it would be better to have the barcode scanner and make her work easier.

The tv cabinet in my living hall was bought when we first move in to the house, not only that it looks old now but the drawers on both sides were broken as well. I’m planning to get a new tv cabinet but husband is suggesting to look at those tv stands which seem to be more practical and durable. But for me, price is also one of the main factors that I would consider.

The house which I’m staying is already more than 15 years old and it really needs a make over now. What I want to do is to refurbish the kitchen and put up new kitchen cabinets. As for the bedrooms, I want to change the parquet to porcelain tile, besides that would be repainting of the whole house and some minor fixing. Now I have to get quotation from different contractors and see if it meets my budget.

Last Saturday, I was invited to attend the Enfa Kid Smart Camp held in Sunway Pyramid New Wing and I have brought Dillon along with me.

We were there around 1.30pm, and the organizer was very thoughtful to have a temperature check for all parents and kids before they enter to the Smart Camp compound.

Dillon was already excited to see a lot of fun quest and he couldn’t wait to explore each of them. Firstly we stopped over to play the computer games and see how focus he was when playing the games. No wonder he could passed the quest  and got the 3 colourful bands.

Then we moved on to the next quest where there was a food conveyor belt with food items where the kids were supposed to pick their favourite food. So what have Dillon picked? There were tomato, egg, corn, potato, chicken, macaroni, lettuce and broccoli.

But according to the nutritionist, most of these food doesn’t contains DHA except for chicken and egg, but it still doesn’t meet the daily DHA requirement for a kid, so this is where milk intake can supplement the shortfall. Now I think I really need to try all methods to make Dillon to drink milk again.

Quest no. 3 is called Spell it Big! and Dillon enjoyed playing with the word puzzles, especially after he has watched the Word World series, spelling was just so much fun for him. 

Following is the music quest called Beat It and Dillon got to play the “drum”. They were actually made up of pails and containers where you and I can find at home, same goes to rattle and shake where kids can make sounds and musics with things they found at surroundings.

Finally, the last quest we went through was golfing, which Dillon has been long waited for. This is a quest that requires patience, focus and accuracy from the kids and I must say that the organizer has made the mini golf course look fascinating, there were Big Ben, Twin Towers and Pyramid.

Look at Dillon and see how he played, does he look like having the potential to become a future golfer?

Last but not least, when I passed by the moms-to-be section, I was given an introduction and briefing too. After answering the quizzes, I actually got a mystery gifts which includes a pregnant mommy tee and some useful information booklet.

No No No, in case you are already suspecting, I’m not pregnant and I’m not planning in the near future also. I’m just keeping it for my cousin who is planning for a baby.

This is the first time we attended the Enfa Kid Smart Camp and overall, I think it was brilliant and nicely done. Dillon had so much fun that day and guess what, we are already looking forward to the next event and Dillon said he would want to bring his sister Kaith to attend together next time.

I received a forwarded email back in early August about a survey on Papayayas soft sole shoes. I took part in it and I was so surprise to be one of the 20 lucky winners to walk away with a pair of Papayayas shoes.
It was so good that I can pick any designs I like, these are some of the very cute designs they have in store.

 
This is the pair that I picked for Kaith, it’s in their new arrival catalogue, nice or not? Since Kaith is already 2 years plus and has big feet, I have to take the biggest size they had which is XL, and it fits perfectly.

Kaith likes it so much and always wearing it even when at home, it is sure comfortable for wearing and yet it looks cute too.

I have been craving for supper in the past weeks, and now I can already see my tummy started bulging out a little. The new dress that I have just bought last month seemed a little tight for me now. I’m desperately looking for some quick weight loss supplements so that I can fit into my new dress perfectly for the wedding that I have to attend by month end.

I have skipped my gym session for almost 2 months now and when I stepped on the weighing scale last night, I have put on 2 kg already. I must resume my gym session after this Raya holiday, otherwise my weight will just keep increasing and in the end, I might need to get diet pills to help me shed off those extra pounds.

Last week there was a fire at Jalan Pudu, which took away 2 lives, a young mother and her 3-month old son. When I read about this tragedy in the newspaper, I feel upset. In the event of a fire or other emergency, seconds count, safe and prompt emergency evacuation is essential and everyone should learned about it and know how to react when there is an emergency.

Recently there has been a lot of stress at work, in addition to that are irregular sleep time and unhealthy diet, which eventually leads to acne problem. It’s really driving me crazy. Can anyone tell me the best acne treatment that I can look at? I’m going to attend my friend’s wedding this month end and I really want to cure this acne problem and look good.
