I have stopped going to the gym for almost 3 months now, I’m not being lazy but it’s just because I don’t have the transport to go home after gym. Nowadays my husband wants to go home earlier and he couldn’t wait for me to finish gym. Maybe I should think of investing in ellipticals and work out at home? Then my husband could also use it for fitness.

I feel that my appetite has increased a lot. I used to eat very small portion, especially during dinner, and I don’t take supper. But now, I’d still feel hungry if I don’t eat a plate full of rice and I had supper almost every night. I think I need to get the best appetite suppressant to control my eating before it’s too late, I’ve already put on some weight lately and I don’t want this to continue.

When I was in high school, I was very fat. I wanted to try on diet pills but I don’t know which one is good, I was too shy to ask the staff at pharmacy because I think people will laugh at me being so fat. If only I could buy diet pills online back then, it would have solved the issues. And I can also read about so many information and reviews on different diet pills before making my choice.

For this year’s Christmas, I think I know what to get for my husband. He has put on weight ever since we got married 5 years ago and I know that he would like to get back in good shape. In commercial use, stainless steel drum is corrosion and chemicals resistant and is ideal for storage or shipping of medicines, aromatics, foods and chemicals, it is also easy to clean and hygienic. I personally like to use stainless steel tableware and cookware as well, especially stainless steel wok, which is really good in cooking and frying because it is exceptionally durable and look attractive too.

I met my friend for a drink last weekend and she was very upset because her husband is overly sensitive and don’t trust her. He even suspected that he is not the father to the son, in the end they went for DNA testing. The test results confirmed the paternity and the man regretted, but my friend was still upset over it and thinking of divorce. As a friend, I advised her to think for her son and give a chance to her husband if she could. It’s really not easy to maintain a marriage.

There was a motorbike at my home which belongs to my father where he used to ride to work. Ever since he retired, he seldom use the motorcycle and it is basically collecting dust now. He doesn’t want to sell it off also as he might still need it sometime, so I think the best thing is to get him the motorcycle covers to keep the motorbike clean and also protects it against dirt and rain.

My ex-colleague just went for honeymoon in Florida and she said it was really beautiful, especially in destin beach, its white sandy beaches, tons of attractions and good dining around the area are really good. I immediately fall in love with this place after seeing all her breath-taking photos, now I also wish I have a chance to travel to Florida for a relaxing holiday.

My mom told me that she used to feed me and my siblings the baby gripe water to reduce colic. Anyway, this traditional colic remedies seems to work fine for us back then but in nowadays, not that many people still practice to feed gripe water to their babies, including myself. I don’t know what makes the change in trend but as for myself, since I was breastfeeding my kids so they don’t really have colic problem and hence I thought I don’t need to feed them gripe water.

I remembered in the last few months, I bought some face masks from the pharmacy for my family, and I tried to get Dillon to wear it at school but he didn’t want to. No matter how I explained to him, he just refused to wear it and he only gave me one comment. “It looks ugly, not nice”.

Well, if only the face masks were as cute as the ones shown below, I bet he would have been happy to wear it, especially that his favourite character is Mickey Mouse. In fact I’d love to get one for myself too, guess which one I’d pick? hmmmm

I’m really restless and stressed lately, because Dillon is having nose block problem at night and I suspected that he got sinus, which is inherited from me.

I don’t know how it got started but about 2 weeks ago, Dillon was having runny nose and following that, he had nose block problem during sleep time at night. At that time, I thought it was due to his runny nose and I didn’t bother much.

Last week, his nose block got more serious, he couldn’t breathe properly when sleeping at night (he is fine during day time), and he refused to use his mouth to breathe, hence he became cranky and couldn’t sleep well continuously for a few nights. In addition, he kept telling me that there is something inside his nasal and so I brought him to see a GP.

The doctor did a scan inside his nasal and saw that the tissue was swollen inside and this is what cause him nose block. Doctor also suspected that Dillon has got sinus since I’ve got sinus problem. Doctor gave us a bottle of Oxy-Nase spray to relieve the nose block but he said this will be a slow and long process which usually takes 1-2 weeks time before the situation gets better so I have to be patient. He also advised me to look at household hygiene and dust mites issues as in the long run, those are the most important factors to sinus.

After using the nasal spray for 2 nights, Dillon got slightly better but I can still hear his heavy breathing when he is sleeping. I really hope  he is just having the normal nose block and not sinus. At the same time, I’m also praying that Kaith won’t have the same problem.

I will need to do a spring cleaning for their room this weekend, and also look at strengthening their immunity to control / minimize the allergy.
