When I went shopping last weekend, I bump into my ex-classmate whom I have not seen for many year. She went to study in UK after high school and worked as sales manager for medical equipmentthere, she’s only back here for holiday and visit her family. As a full time working mom, my schedule is always packed. Going to work in early morning and reach home in late evening, after that I need to do homework revision with my children before sending them to bed, this has been like a routine. My mother-in-law has been suffering from sleeping disorder recently. She couldn’t fall asleep at night but she feels very sleepy in day time.
